Splashtop Business - Login Failed

This morning none of my Splashtop Business applications, PC and Android, different networks, can connect, I receive the error "Splashtop Login Failed" "Sorry for the inconvenience. Please try again at a later time".

The issue has been fixed and the log-in (at web portal, apps and the streamer) should work now.
Really sorry for the inconvenience and once there is any update, I will keep you posted.

Same - tried Mac & Android - "Splashtop Login Failed".
(Server status at http://www.splashtop.com/server-status says all OK)

Having same issue. After multiple attempts it looked like it finally logged on but none of my computers are showing and when I hit the refresh button it says "Unable to reach splashtop servers" "Sorry for the inconvenience. Please try again at a later time". Really need this fixed

Issue still present, still getting unable to reach splashtop servers when refreshing - clients unable as they cannot contact splashtop servers. 2 hours this has been going on !

Our supporter also replied to your ticket, and we will wait for the logs.

Sorry about the issue, all. We had some server performance degradation today between ~11:15AM PDT until ~12:15PM PDT. Updates have been posted to status.splashtop.com.
