FEATURE REQUEST: Chat History - Chat Improvements

The chat feature seems limited at the moment and is not ready for ideal use.
- It would be nice if you could see recent chat history when clicking the chat icon in the hot bar. The chat log can be viewed on the client's PC but an engineer should not need to look at the client's chat window, why does the engineer not have a chat window?

This is noted. There currently is not a solid time schedule, though.
Plus one for this feature. Screenconnect currently supports this out of the box.
Definitely something I'm interested in as well.
