Poor Resolution

Resolution is so poor I can barely read anything. TeamViewer, however, is crystal clear. Please advise.

@Sid,

Please from the Business app, use "Native resolution of remote computer" option, and during the remote session, click the eye like icon to change to use Original view, see if you can see a clearer display in the remote window.

Having same issue. App is almost unworkable like this. Pictures seem not too bad. But fonts are unreadable.

Same issue... Followed instructions... No resolution for the issue. How to fix?

Hi Danny I was able to resolve by:

1. Go to File -> Options (in the business app),

2. Go to the Advanced tab,

3. Click on "Advanced Settings",

4. Set Video Rendering to "Direct3D with RGB"
