Steamer no longer responding

Remote access was working fine while I was in my 7 day trial period. I sent the laptop to my elderly father and then subscribed to the Business Solo and now the remote link doesnt work.  Do I have to have someone at the other end launch a link again.  This is very annoying as I thought it was already for use by father.
