Can I connect to a Streamer when the Splashtop Server is down?

About half of my use of Splashtop Business is connecting to Streamers for unattended access. The other half is using SOS for ad hoc sessions with a client or friend.
Earlier today I activated Splashtop Business, and, for the first time, it reported a failure to connect to the Splashtop Business server. My list of streamers did not appear, and I was left with a prompt for SOS numbers (in a tall window I've never seen before).
Just now (after the server is back online) I looked through the Splashtop Web Console's list of streamers, but I didn't find anything that looks like SOS numbers.
When the server is down, is there any way to manually connect to the unattended servers?

when I've encountered this rare glitch I simply quit Splashtop Biz and re-open.
another test I do is to switch to another device running Biz and check via that.
IMHO its unusual for Splashtop Biz to be OFFLINE (unless planned maintenance or an unexpected outage)
I'd say 99% of my remote clients are unattended access, only use SOS for ad-hoc sessions
