Very Inconsistent Session Restart of Android 11 Streamer Session via Win 10

This is a big problem for us. I am using an LTE Android 11 device via Splashtop Business to control live, in-car streaming cameras in race vehicles. We loose the LTE signal at times and even though the refreshed Splashtop - Fast, Secure Remote Access console says the Android Streamer is available, I cannot restart the session at times. I have tried doing a remote restart of the streamer which the console says was successful to no avail. All that works is a restart of the Android device. 

I am going to open >>>ANOTHER<<< ticket on this. I just wanted to share with other customers to see if they are seeing the same thing.
