Splashtop Business Linux (Beta)

Has anyone had luck using the new Splashtop Business Linux Client (Beta)?  It supports Ubuntu 16.04, 18.04, and 20.04 - I have been unsuccessful using it in 21.04 so far.

I'm looking for any advice if anyone has any.  It appeared to install correctly but does not launch when I start the program.
