After being tipped off by chat about the existence of this forum, I have read many posts- most with ZERO responses, including older ones with requests that have been fulfilled. Why?
Is there a Github or someplace features, bugs, requests are tracked?

I’m so sorry to hear of your less than satisfactory experience with the forum, and hope you will accept our sincerest apologies. We will do our best to respond on time going forward.
Our announcement section will usually cover the bug fixes and new features when a new version releases, as per feature requests, we do keep track of them internally.
There does need to be some kind of feedback or status change on these posts when they have been accepted/rejected/in the release pipeline. Without some kind of status update, there's no way for anyone to know if any work is being done on these requests.
