Connection issue

I'm using splashtop to connect between three computers. I can connect from computer A to B or C. However, computers B and C does not see A as active (icon A is staying gray). After running the diagnostic tool on B to acces A - API server ... Passed, Relay server ... Passed, after connection type: "Cannot connect. Please make sure network is available and Splashtop streamer is running." What to do?
Some time ago I had to disconnect the session through Splashtop website. Has that maybe added to the problem?

If the computer icon is greyed out, it means that the target computer is offline.
Please refer to this support article on What do I do if my remote computer is offline?
