Splashtop 与 Salesforce 集成，可以帮助技术员使用 Splashtop SOS 远程支持用户。集成应用程序可用于不同对象，包括 Case、Lead、Opportunity、Account 和 Contact。
由于时间有限，此集成应用仅包含于当前的 SOS 服务中（不包括 SOS lite 及旧版服务）。
准备工作
- 订购或试用 Splashtop SOS，请前往 www.splashtop.com/sos
- 下载并安装以下版本的 Splashtop Business 应用程序（紫色图标）
- Windows 应用程序
- Mac 应用程序 - 使用您的 Splashtop 帐户凭据登录 Splashtop Business 应用程序
- 前往 Salesforce AppExchange，搜索 Splashtop，然后点击安装。
- 按照说明创建 API 密钥，安装时将密钥输入到 API 密钥字段。
Salesforce 上的 API 密钥字段在哪里？
位于 Salesforce / Splashtop 设置中：
设置
Case
- 转到 Setup。
- 搜索 Case，然后 Case Pages Layout / Case Layout。
- 在滚动菜单中找到 Mobile & Lightning Actions，然后将 Splashtop 拖放到 Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Experience Actions。
- 在滚动菜单中找到 Visualforce Pages，然后将 Section 拖放到 Case Detail，新建 section。
Section 名称：Splashtop
开启显示 Section 标题：Check both Detail and Edit Page（选中详细信息和编辑页面）
布局：1-列
- 创建 section 后，将 STLeadSessionLog 拖放到到此 section 中。
- 编辑新添加的 STCaseSessionLog，选中 show the scrollbars（显示滚动条）。
- 完成，您可以在 Case 中使用 Splashtop。
Lead
- 转到 Setup。
- 搜索 Lead，然后搜索 Pages Layout（页面布局） / Lead Layout。
- 在滚动菜单中找到 Mobile & Lightning Actions，然后将 Splashtop 拖放到 Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Experience Actions。
- 在滚动菜单中找到 Visualforce Pages，然后将 Section 拖放到 Lead Detail，新建 section。

启动远程会话
- 转到 Case。然后在 Feed / Splashtop 选项卡，单击 Create an SOS download link（创建 SOS 下载链接）。
- 连接按钮变为活动状态后，可以使用“复制链接”图标将下载链接发送给最终用户。
- 最终用户单击票证中的 SOS 下载链接，运行 SOS 程序
- 您在 Salesforce 的代理需要单击 连接 按钮，建立远程连接。 注意：必须安装并登录 Splashtop Business 应用程序。

检索会话日志
转到 Details，找到您此前创建的 Splashtop section，然后单击 Get session logs（获取会话日志）按钮。
Lead
