為了讓使用者能夠存取遠端電腦，他們將需要安裝 Splashtop Streamer。一台電腦上只能安裝一個 Streamer。
Splashtop提供 2 種類型的 Streamer；部署型 Streamer 和Splashtop 帳戶型 Streamer。
部署型 Streamer
任何 Splashtop Business 使用者都可以使用部署型 Streamer。
實際上，Splashtop Remote Support 和SOS + 使用者只能使用部署型 Streamers 。
要將其新增到您的 Splashtop 帳戶，請輸入 12 位數字的部署軟體套裝代碼 。
Deployment Streamer直接連接到您的Splashtop團隊/訂閱，而不是特定的Splashtop帳戶。這樣，可以由Splashtop團隊中的任何所有者/管理員來管理Streamer。
要找到部署型 Streamer，請使用任何 Splashtop Business 帳戶登入 https://my.splashtop.com/ 。
登入 Streamer
Splashtop Business Access、Splashtop Personal 和 Splashtop Classroom 使用者可以使用 Splashtop 帳戶型 Streamer。要將其連接到 Splashtop 帳戶，請輸入Splashtop 帳戶的電子郵件和密碼。
預設情況下，只有將 Splashtop 帳戶/密碼輸入到 Streamer 中的人才能存取此 Streamer。此人是電腦的「所有者」。要了解如何向其他使用者授予存取權限，請參閱本文 。
注意：由於此 Streamer 與 Splashtop 帳戶認證連結，如果更改了登入帳戶的電子郵件或密碼，由於認證不再相符，因此 Streamer 將無法存取。要重新連接，您將需要使用新的認證重新登入 Streamer。或者，改為安裝部署型 Streamer，它不受認證更改的影響。
