Splashtop Web Console Update - October 19, 2026

What's new for October 19, 2026?

  • See antivirus status at a glance on your dashboard
The Endpoint Security widget on your dashboard has a new design. Alongside the existing endpoint status summary, a new Antivirus status chart shows how many of your computers use your primary security solution (Shield, SentinelOne, or CrowdStrike) and how many use other antivirus software. Click any part of the chart to open the Endpoint Security page, filtered to the corresponding computers.
  • See why rows failed in CSV invite and SSO import reports
When you invite users from a CSV file or import users through SSO, the email report now explains why each row failed. Reasons may include:

    • The email address already exists
    • The user or license limit has been reached
    • The email address format is invalid
    • The email domain isn't approved for SSO
    • The license type or role is invalid

You can correct the failed rows and resubmit them without having to look up the error messages in support articles.

  • View computer details without leaving OS Patch
The Properties panel now opens alongside the OS Patch Computer View, allowing you to check a computer's details without leaving the page. The panel stays open while you search, filter, or work in pop-up windows, and closes when you navigate to another page.
  • Get notified when remote sessions start and end
RMM profiles can now send notifications to a URL of your choice whenever an attended or unattended session starts or ends. If a notification fails to send, the system retries automatically.
