We have reviewed all of our Splashtop services for Splashtop Personal and Splashtop Business products and have applied all necessary security patches provided by Amazon AWS and have taken extra steps of rotating all of our SSL certificates. To date there has been no report of security breaches of Splashtop services and you are not required to change your Splashtop password. However, changing account password regularly is always a good precautionary practice.
We would also like to inform our customers that our on-premise product, Splashtop On-Prem, is not affected by this Heartbleed bug.
