How to invite an SSO account to the team?

Please note that only email addresses with the whitelisted domain can be invited.

  1. Follow the instructions to apply for SSO methods.
  2. Log in to, go to Management->Users and click on invite_user_en-us.png (For SOS customers, go to SOS page and click invite_tech_en-us.png)
  3. Check Authentication method, select the one you would like to associate - see below to setup SSO as the default.

Note: You may want to configure the SSO method as the default for invitations.  From the owner login at, click on Management->Settings and scroll to the bottom of the page:
