Splashtop supports IP-based access restrictions to the web console https://my.splashtop.com/, and the to the Splashtop Business App. This allows Splashtop teams to configure a whitelist of IP addresses that can utilize remote access.

Requirements
- Local Sides: Windows/Mac; all versions supported.

Remote Side: version 3.5.8.0 or higher
- Streamer: Windows/Mac/Android
- SOS: Windows/Mac/iOS/Android
- If the streamer does not meet the version requirement, the technician will see the following error message and will not be able to connect.
Get started:
- Log into https://my.splashtop.com/ with the team owner account and go to Management > Settings.
Scroll down and check "Restrict access Browser IP addresses" to turn on whitelisting for https://my.splashtop.com/. Check "Restrict access Business IP addresses" to turn on whitelisting for the Splashtop Business App. - Click "manage IP whitelist" to add IP addresses to allow for remote access, and Save.
Note that if the team setting is checked but there are no IP addresses added to the whitelist, all IP addresses will continue to have access. - Now, when a user attempts to log into https://my.splashtop.com/ or the Splashtop Business App from an unauthorized IP address, they will receive the following error messages:
