This article is for users who need to replace a Login Streamer with a Deployment Streamer.
For users who are migrating to, or already on, a current plan, only the Deployment Streamer is supported. If you previously installed a Login Streamer, you will no longer be able to connect to or view those remote computers. Please follow the instructions below for the removal of the Login Streamer and installation of the Deployment Streamer.

Remove Windows Login Streamer:
To remove the Windows Login Streamer, download and run our Cleanup Tool: CleanUpInstallerSRS.zip
After downloading the Cleanup Tool, navigate to your Downloads folder, right-click the ZIP file, select Extract All, and then click Extract. After extraction, run the CleanupInstallerSRS application and click Clean to remove the Login Streamer. The Cleanup tool will close automatically once the cleanup is complete. The Login Streamer has now been removed, and you can install the Deployment Streamer.
Remove Mac Login Streamer:
The Streamer installer includes a built-in uninstall script. To use the script, open the Streamer installer (.dmg), then double-click Uninstall Splashtop Streamer and follow the on-screen prompts to begin the cleanup process. If you do not have the Streamer installer, it can be downloaded from my.splashtop.com > Add Computer (please refer to the screenshots below for instructions on downloading the Deployment Streamer).
Download and install the Deployment Streamer:
Log in to my.splashtop.com/my.splashtop.eu with your Team Owner/Admin account.
Once logged in, click on Add Computer (The page you see depends on whether your team already has computers assigned.)
If you have computers added, you will see the screen below. Click on Add Computer next to Business App.
If you don't have any computers added yet, you'll see the screen below. Click on Unattended Access then click on Add Remote Computer.
You will now be brought to the Download page for the Deployment Streamer.
If the computer is in another location, copy the Shareable Link and send it to the person who has physical access to that computer. They can use the link to download and install the Deployment Streamer.
If you are physically at the computer you want to install the Deployment Streamer on, click on Connect to Current Computer at the top > Then click on Download. From here, you will run the installer to install the Deployment Streamer on your computer(s).
Note: If you're unsure whether your computer is using a Login Streamer or a Deployment Streamer, open the Splashtop Streamer application. A Login Streamer prompts you to log in with a Splashtop account or, if already signed in, displays a Log Out option. A Deployment Streamer displays the name of the team it is deployed to or prompts you to enter a deployment code.
