How to switch between teams?

From the Web Portal

1. Login to my.splashtop.com/my.splashtop.eu
2. Click the blue circle in the top right corner
3. Click on Team -> Then select the team you want to switch to

From the Business app

Requirement

Windows: 3.6.4.1 or later Business app

Mac: 3.6.4.0 or later Business app

Windows

1. Open Account dropdown menu, select Account & Team information...
   
    
2. Select a team, then click Switch team
   
    

Mac

1. Open Account dropdown menu or click switch account icon, select Account & Team information...
   
   
   
2. Select a team, then click Switch team
   
    

From Splashtop account log-in streamer

This will only happen when you are using a Splashtop account log-in streamer (compared to deployment streamer) and you are on multiple Business access teams.

Requirement

Windows: 3.7.0.0 or later Business app

Mac: 3.7.0.0 or later Business app

1. When log in the streamer using your Splashtop account, there will be a dropdown for you to select a team to log in.
   
2. If you would like to switch team on the streamer, please log out and log in again.
