Check the Audio settings in the streamer app. Please open the streamer app on the remote computer which has the Microsoft Teams running. Go to settings tab and select the option "Output sound over the remote connection only" or "output sound both over the remote connection and on this PC"

Make sure the output device selected in the Microsoft Teams speaker settings matches with the Windows playback device from the bottom right corner output device settings.
