Login to the website my.splashtop.com (if you forgot your password, click on the "Forgot password" link, and check your email)
Click the Blue Circle in the top right corner -> Then select Account Settings
You will be brought to our Account Settings page.
For changing your Account Email -> Go to Splashtop Account, then to the right is Change Email
For changing your Password -> Go to Password (Below Splashtop Account), then to the right is Change Password.
If you are changing your email to an already existing account in Splashtop servers, you need to delete or change the email of that account first.
Note: If you logged into the streamer software agents with an email and password versus the deployment streamer, changing the email or password will make those computers inaccessible until you login with the new credentials.
