For Windows:
1. Open the Streamer from the Windows System Tray in the very bottom right corner of the screen (near the date/time). It should be a blue/green Splash icon. You may need to expand the set of icons by clicking the up arrow to find it.
2. Open the Streamer from the Search Menu (Search for "Splashtop Streamer"). It should have an "App" label below the name.
For Mac:
1. Open the Streamer from the Menu Bar
2. Open the Streamer from the Spotlight Search (Search for "Splashtop Streamer")
