How to update your Billing Address

You may find that you need to change or update your billing address for future purchases and for our payment system to correctly collect tax information.

Please see the following simple steps after logging into your account at my.splashtop.com: 

1. Click on your name/email at the top right of the page and choose "Account Info".
2. Click on the "Payment and Billing" tab near the top left of the page.
3. Click on the "Edit Billing Address" button near the bottom of the Billing Address section.
   
4. This will then show text fields where you can update your Billing Address. After you are done, make sure to click "Set Address" and wait while our system verifies this is a valid address. Once verified, you will see the new address shown as the billing address!
