How to enable the auto-renewal of my subscription?

The auto-renewal of your subscription may be turned off for various reasons, such as user preference to manually manage renewals, or a previous decision to discontinue the service. 

How to turn auto-renewal back on?

If you've subscribed to Splashtop products and disabled auto-renewal in your current subscription plan, please follow the instructions below to enable it.

  1. Please log in using your Splashtop Account via web portal with the owner account
  2. Click on your name in the upper right part of the screen, then select Subscriptions from the drop-down menu.
  3. Choose the "Bill me yearly" option, and your auto-renewal will be activated.
