The auto-renewal of your subscription may be turned off for various reasons, such as user preference to manually manage renewals, or a previous decision to discontinue the service.
How to turn auto-renewal back on?
If you've subscribed to Splashtop products and disabled auto-renewal in your current subscription plan, please follow the instructions below to enable it.
- Please log in using your Splashtop Account via my.splashtop.com web portal with the owner account
- Click on your name in the upper right part of the screen, then select Subscriptions from the drop-down menu.

Choose the "Bill me yearly" option, and your auto-renewal will be activated.
