The auto-renewal of your subscription may be turned off for various reasons, such as user preference to manually manage renewals, or a previous decision to discontinue the service.
How to turn auto-renewal back on?
If you've subscribed to Splashtop products and disabled auto-renewal in your current subscription plan, please follow the instructions below to enable it.
- Please log in using your Splashtop Account via my.splashtop.com web portal with the owner account

Click on the Blue Circle in the top right -> Then click on Subscriptions.
- From the Subscriptions page -> Select Bill me yearly to turn auto-renewal on.
