An address verification error pops up and prevents you from completing your account's billing information at checkout.
For the moment, Splashtop only validates addresses in the United States and Canada.
A valid address corresponds with an address in the official Postal Service address database. If you are unable to validate the billing address, please correct it by following the steps below:
For U.S. addresses, check address validity via the USPS website
For Canadian addresses, check address validity via the Canada Post
If the address has been verified by USPS/ Canada Post with a valid address but still getting an error, please open a support ticket.
