IMPORTANT: Uninstalling the app will not automatically stop your subscription — you must actively cancel the subscription in your account using the process described below to. You can always unsubscribe or change the subscription plan anytime before the current subscription period expires.
How to turn off auto-renewal
If you have subscribed to Splashtop products and want to unsubscribe from your current subscription plan, please follow the instructions below. Must be the account owner.
Please log in using your Splashtop Account via my.splashtop.com web portal.
Click on Billing in the bottom left hand pane, then select Subscriptions.
Select the Turn off auto-renewal button.
A new window will popup, please read the auto renewal information, then click Continue.
Lastly, select a reason for turning off auto renewal, then click Turn off auto-renewal.
