- Login to my.splashtop.com / my.splashtop.eu with your Splashtop Team Owner account.
(Only the Team Owner has access to billing information.) - Click on Payment History by clicking on the Blue Circle in the top right.
3. From the Payment History page -> Go to the Receipt column and click on the Receipt icon.
4. If you are unable to open your Invoice/Receipt, it is likely due to pop-ups being blocked by your browser.
You should see a pop-up blocked message appear, giving you the option to allow pop-ups from my.splashtop.com/my.splashtop.eu. Please allow these pop-ups, then try clicking the Receipt icon again.
5. A new page will appear allowing you to view, print, and download your invoice/receipt.
