How do I get an invoice/receipt?

  1. Login to my.splashtop.com / my.splashtop.eu with your Splashtop Team Owner account.
    (Only the Team Owner has access to billing information.)
  2. Click on Payment History by clicking on the Blue Circle in the top right.

  

3. From the Payment History page -> Go to the Receipt column and click on the Receipt icon.
 

 

  4. If you are unable to open your Invoice/Receipt, it is likely due to pop-ups being blocked by your browser.
You should see a pop-up blocked message appear, giving you the option to allow pop-ups from my.splashtop.com/my.splashtop.eu. Please allow these pop-ups, then try clicking the Receipt icon again.

  5. A new page will appear allowing you to view, print, and download your invoice/receipt.
