Splashtop Business:

Splashtop Business supports the following client devices and streamer.

  • 1G RAM

• Chromebook:
  • Please note that Chromebook is using Android app, there may be cases some functions are not available due to OS update or different models. We apologies for any unstable behaviors due to different devices or OS update. However, we will try our best to provide supports if any issue happened.

  • Chromebook also support Web app that allows users to remote access on browser.

* Windows XP needs service pack 3 (32-bit). XP 64-bit is not supported since Microsoft never developed service pack 3 for XP 64-bit
*Windows XP/Vista, Windows Server 2003, and Android 4.0 are supported only for accounts that reside in our Global stack. Our EU stack and infrastructure restrict access to TLS 1.2, which these older devices do not support. Learn more about our Global and EU infrastructures.

Splashtop software now includes native support for both M1 and Intel based chipsets!
As of Business App version 3.5.2.0 + on macOS 10.10+ with M1/M2 chipsets, users will no longer need to install Rosetta as we provide native support.
macOS versions older than 10.10 (Yosemite) will no longer be supported in our upcoming software updates and will still need to install Rosetta and use Splashtop apps versions 3.5.0.4 or earlier.
