HaloITSM customers can quickly and seamlessly launch attended and unattended remote support sessions as they assist customers from the HaloITSM/ PSA interface directly, connection details will automatically be passed to the ticketing system. For attended remote support SOS, the Halo integration offers greater functionality with the Splashtop Service Desk technician console.
