What is a Configurable Alert?
Configurable Alerts allow you to create and edit alerts that help monitor things such as computer status, software installation, memory usage, etc. You can set up specific thresholds to what will trigger the alert which will display via web console or by email. If you are using multiple computers, you may create numerous alert profiles to fit each computer's needs. This feature is only available to Remote Support Premium and Enterprise (Technician License).
