Splashtop introduces AI-generated patch summaries to help IT teams quickly understand update details and identify potential risks before deployment.
These summaries provide a clear overview of what each patch includes, along with any known issues that may impact your environment.
Please note that Splashtop does not collect or analyze data from your devices. AI summaries are generated using publicly available online sources and are refreshed on a regular schedule to keep information up to date.
AI-generated content is intended to assist decision-making and should be reviewed before deployment.
If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact Splashtop Support.
Currently, AI-generated patch summaries can be found from Software Patch page for recommended software updates and from OS Patch (Patch View) page for Windows updates.

By presenting key changes and known issues in a clear, centralized view, AI summaries support faster and more informed patch management decisions.
You can enable or disable AI summaries at any time through Team Settings, allowing full control over how AI-generated content is used within their environment.
