How to Set Up Splashtop Remote Support Premium: Event Logs


Splashtop Event Logs is currently only available in Splashtop Premium Beta and requires v. Streamer or higher.


Setting up Premium Event Logs

1. Log in to and select Computers. For the computer you want to check Event Logs for, click the gear icon and select Check Event Logs.



2. You can adjust the filters in which you'd like to refine your results by. Once the filters are adjusted, you can select Retrieve to view your results.
