The Computer Inventory page allows you to view and export detailed system, hardware, and software information for each device, which can be used to verify device configurations, identify outdated components, and compliance checks.

Supported Subscriptions
Your team must have Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management (AEM) enabled or have a Splashtop Remote Support Premium or Enterprise (support license) subscription.
View Inventory for one computer
Log in to my.splashtop.com (.eu / .nr) and select Computers. For the computer you want to check System Inventory for, click the ... icon, select Endpoint Management and click System Inventory.
Select the option and specify the date you would like to review, and then click Apply.
From the dropdown menu, you can switch between System, Hardware, and Software inventory.
View Inventory for all computers
Log into my.splashtop.com (.eu / .nr) > Management > Computer Inventory.
Computers that are online under Management > All Computers will show the latest computer inventory.
Please note that streamer must be v.3.5.2.0 or later for a computer’s inventory to appear here.
Click on any computer in the list to open a consolidated inventory report for that specific device.
Or select a specific group
and choose columns to only show the inventory attributes you need.
Please note that column selections apply only to the on-screen view.
When exporting to CSV, all columns will be included regardless of the selected columns.
Export to CSV
Click the blue "Export" button.
From the pop-up menu, choose System/Hardware Inventory or Software Inventory.
