When you are managing several users or businesses on your team, you may want to export the user list to maintain a record. The user list can be exported as a CSV file. The User List's CSV file includes the Splashtop Account Emails, Group Names, Status, Role, etc.
Login to my.splashtop.com, then go to Management > Users.
If you click the List icon, and click the Export button, you can download the user list as a CSV file.
