From the Splashtop Business app, you can check for updates in order to stay up to date with the latest version.
Instructions for the Windows Business App
1. Please open the Splashtop Business App, login with your Splashtop account, and click the "File" button in the upper left of the window.
2. Please click the "Check for updates" button in order to check for the latest version of the Splashtop Business app.
3. If there is a new update available, you can click the "Update Now" button and follow the steps to install the latest version.
If you are on the latest version, you will receive a message indicating that there are no updates available at this time.
Note: If you are on version 3.2.0.0 or lower of the business app and are unable to see the "Update Now" button from the business app, please download the business app from the website splashtop.com/downloads.
Instructions for the Mac Business App
1. Please open the Business App, login with your Splashtop account, and click the "Splashtop Business" button in the upper left of the computer screen.
2. Please click the "Check for updates" button in order to check for the latest version of the Splashtop Business app.
3. If there is a new update available, you can click the "Install Update" button and follow the steps to install the latest version.
If you are on the latest version, you will receive a message indicating that you are up-to-date.
Note: If you are on version 3.2.0.0 or lower of the business app and are unable to see the "Install Update" button from the business app, please download the business app from the website splashtop.com/downloads.
