When you manage a Splashtop team, you may want to check whether an admin removed a computer from the team. The History logs record activity on your team, including when a computer is removed. You can also set up an email alert that notifies you when a computer is removed from the team. For details, see What alerts/notifications does Splashtop support?
Team owners and admins can see logs for everyone on the team. Members can see only their own logs.
Solution
- Log in to my.splashtop.com (or my.splashtop.eu if your team is on the EU server) and go to Logs → History.
- Find the removal entry. It shows the name of the removed computer, the email address of the admin who removed it, their IP address, the time, and the action.
