When trying to utilize the chat feature in an active SOS remote session with another user and you receive the following error:
SRChatSOS.exe - System Error - The code execution cannot proceed because avutil-55.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.
Troubleshooting tips:
- Uninstall and reinstall the Splashtop SOS.exe on your computer.
- Instead of using the Splashtop SOS application, try having your user download SOS.exe via this link
- Try connecting in with the "connect as an admin" unchecked in the SOS application.
- Contact our support team here as we should be able to send an alternative SOS.exe file for you to use.
