Splashtop is able to copy/paste rich text and images from the clipboard with a data size limit of 100MB.
How do I enable or disable Copy/Paste for my Splashtop team?
1. Login on either my.splashtop.com or my.splashtop.eu and navigate to the Team settings.
2. Scroll down to the "Feature Configuration" section and configure these highlighted options:
Paste Clipboard as Keystrokes
There is also a function that pastes text into fields that do not support copy/paste, such as the Windows login screen. This function translates the copied text into keystrokes, supports up to 80 characters.
It can be enabled in a remote session via the top toolbar, or for the entire team via the team settings highlighted in the first section of this article.

Troubleshooting Copy/Paste issues
1. Please try rebooting either end or both computers.
2. Change the keyboard mapping to see if there is any improvement
(follow the link to see How to re-calibrate your keyboard via keyboard mapping).
Notes:
When using PowerShell with admin privileges, please note the Paste Clipboard as Keystrokes function will not paste characters as intended when Caps Lock is engaged, leading to discrepancies between uppercase and lowercase input.
