Then, you can choose which monitor to view or view all monitors in one window.  The view "all monitors in one window" feature is available in Business Access Legacy/Pro, Remote Support, and SOS services, except for the Splashtop Business Access Solo and Remote Support Basic services.

Update: Version 3.2.6.0 streamer and Business app

Multi-to-multi monitor allows you to remote into a computer with more than 1 monitor and view each monitor as a window on the local computer.  Support for this feature is added for these services:

Additionally, keyboard shortcuts have been added in the 3.2.6.0 release:

  • Ctl+Alt+# - Switch to a specific monitor #
  • Ctl+Alt+<right arrow> - Rotate to next monitor
  • Ctl+Alt+<left arrow> - Rotate to previous monitor

Update: Version 3.2.6.0 streamer and Business app

Note:

With the Windows Business app, you can drag/resize the window with the "All Monitors (Multi-Window)" option to show 2 monitors on 2 monitors.

Oftentimes, the screen in front is in full-screen mode which blocks the other screen behind. If this is the case, please try getting out of full-screen mode so that you see each screen in a window. Drag the second screen to the second monitor and you should be able to use drag items across the screen.

Chromebooks can only support Multi to one options
