Splashtop’s web console provides several dashboards, reports, and exports covering endpoint status, vulnerabilities, software inventory, patching, security, and management activity. Historical data and export options vary by report, as summarized in Reporting Capabilities at a Glance below.
Purpose: View a high-level snapshot of the environment.
Reporting Details
Historical data: Primarily current-state information. Software Patch information is the exception and includes historical data.
Includes: Summary information on:
- Endpoint OS distribution
- CVE and vulnerability summary
- Endpoint security status
- Patch status
- Scheduled tasks
Filtering: By computer group
Export: Not currently available
For more details, see Dashboard.
Purpose: View all known security vulnerabilities affecting your managed endpoints in one place.
Current Capabilities
- Centralized CVE visibility: See every known vulnerability across your managed endpoints in one place, along with the computers and OS versions each one affects.
- Smarter prioritization: Each CVE combines its CVSS severity, Known Exploited Vulnerability (KEV) status, EPSS exploit likelihood, and an AI-evaluated risk level, so you can focus on the biggest threats first.
- AI-powered insights: AI Brief summarizes each CVE's risk, impact, patch availability, and recommended actions in plain language.
- Direct remediation: Deploy Windows KBs or macOS patches to affected computers with scheduled installs, track progress with remediation status, and use bulk actions to manage several computers at once.
Planned
- Vulnerability reporting and export
- Action logs and related activity information
For more details, see Vulnerability Page.
Purpose: View software from the third-party software title perspective, showing which endpoints have a particular title installed.
Current Capabilities
- Export: Available from the main Software Inventory page.
- Expandable details: Expand an individual software title to view additional details.
- Per-title export: Available from the expanded drawer for an individual software title.
Current Limitations
The main export does not yet combine software titles with the computers where each one is installed, so there is no single export that covers all software titles and their associated computers.
Potential Future Enhancements
Options being considered:
- A dedicated report on the Reports page
- A combined software-title-to-computer view or export
For more details, see Computer Inventory.
Purpose: View third-party software patch status and patch activity.
Reporting Details
Historical data: Up to 90 days
Includes:
- Current patch status snapshot
- Patch status by software title
- Patch action history
- Historical patch activity for individual patches
Export: Available
For more details, see Software Patch.
Purpose: View operating system patch status from the individual computer perspective.
Reporting Details
Historical data: Primarily current-state information
Current snapshot includes:
- Overall patch and update status
- Up-to-date status
- Number of important patches pending
- Number of optional patches pending
- Update settings
- OS version
- Last scan time
- Last update time
Export: Available
For more details, see OS Patch - Computer View.
Purpose: View endpoint security status from the individual endpoint perspective.
Reporting Details
Historical data: Primarily current-state information
Current snapshot includes:
- Endpoint security software name
- Last security scan time
- Number of detected threats
Export: Available
Purpose: View detected security threats.
Reporting Details
Historical data: Up to 90 days
Includes: Threat information from the detected-threat perspective, including historical threat data.
Export: Available
Purpose: View activity from the historical action and event perspective.
Reporting Details
Historical data: Up to 90 days
Available log categories include:
- Feature Logs
- OS Patch
- Alerts
- Smart Actions
- Scripts
- Endpoint Security
Export: Available as CSV downloads, broken down by month
For more details, see Logs.
Purpose: View the environment from the individual computer perspective.
Reporting Details
Includes: A list of computers with their:
- Hardware inventory
- Software inventory
- Other computer-level information
Export: Available
Note: This view answers questions like "What hardware and software does this computer have?" Software Inventory works the other way around, starting from the software to answer "Which computers have this software installed?"

Report Categories
The reporting capabilities generally fall into four categories:
- Current-state snapshots: Dashboard, OS Patch - Computer View, Endpoint Security, and All Computers.
- Historical reporting: Software Patch, Threats, and Management Logs, with up to 90 days of history.
- Software-centric inventory: Software Inventory, which focuses on software titles and their presence across endpoints, but does not yet provide a consolidated software-title-to-computer list export.
- Vulnerability tracking: Vulnerabilities, which shows current CVE exposure and remediation; reporting and export are planned.
