On some particular Samsung devices, you may encounter a touch inaccuracy issue, which means the touch point is not exact to the position of your finger or cursor. For example, when you touch/click, the exact effective position on the device is offset by about one inch. In this case, you can configure the Splashtop Add-on: Samsung (knox).

Please open the Splashtop Add-on: Samsung app, tap the three dots at the top right corner, tap Remote control injection mode, and change it to other options and try.
