When you are connected to a computer in a remote session, there may be two mouse cursors because the "Show Remote Cursor" setting is enabled.
Solution
For Windows/Mac:
If you want to disable the remote mouse cursor, please disable the "Show Remote Cursor" option. Please click on the Eye Icon in the toolbar at the top of the screen when you are in a remote session, then uncheck the "Show Remote Cursor" option.
Windows:
Mac:
Note:
- If the screen capturing option is set on the "Nvidia" option, there may still be two mouse cursors in the remote session after applying the solution. If the issue still occurs, please try adjusting to another screen capturing option (follow the link to see the screen capturing options). Also, it is important to mention you would have to disconnect and reconnect to the computer after making the change.
- You will still see two mouse cursors while connecting to a headless Mac even if the "Show Remote Cursor" option is disabled. It's a limitation currently and we will try to work it around.
For Android:
If you want to disable the remote mouse cursor, please disable the "Show Remote Cursor" option. Please click on the Screen Icon in the toolbar at the bottom of the screen when you are in a remote session, then uncheck the "Show Remote Cursor" option.
