When you are connected to a computer in a remote session, the screen may automatically pan because the "Screen Edge Panning" setting is enabled.
Solution
For Windows/Mac:
1. If you want to stop the screen from moving automatically in a remote session, please open the business app and disable the "Screen Edge Panning" option.
- Mac: Business app (purple icon) → Preferences
- Windows: Business app (purple icon) → File → Options
