If you experience cursor latency while using AutoCAD during a remote session, or notice that changes to the remote cursor size (e.g., larger cursor on the remote machine) are not reflected locally, you can improve this by displaying only the remote cursor (hiding the local cursor).
For Windows/Mac; Business App v3.8.0.4. and up:
You can configure cursor display settings in either of the following ways:
1. During a Remote Session
Please click on the Eye Icon in the toolbar at the top of the screen when you are in a remote session, then check
"Show Remote Cursor Only".
Windows:
Mac:
2. From Business App Settings (Settings configured here will apply to all remote sessions.)
Windows:
Open the Business App> Options> General> Cursor control and select your preferred cursor option.
Mac:
Open the Business App> Settings> General> Cursor control and select your preferred cursor option.
You can choose from the following three options:
Show remote cursor only
Show local cursor only
Show local & remote cursors
For Android:
If you want to disable the remote mouse cursor, please disable the "Show Remote Cursor" option. Please click on the Screen Icon in the toolbar at the bottom of the screen when you are in a remote session, then uncheck the "Show Remote Cursor" option.
