Set SplashtopRemoteService to delayed start. Services > SplashtopRemoteService > Right-click > Properties > Set from Automatic to Automatic Delayed Start.

Note: This is a Windows issue since other applications/programs have the same issue. We can only provide this workaround for now. Thank you!
