Starlink - Unable To Login To Business App

Splashtop is currently investigating an issue with Starlink users being unable to login to the Business App.
 

Symptoms:

  • Unable to resolve hostname error when attempting login
  • Unable to reach Splashtop Servers error when attempting login
  • Unable to login to the Business app

 

Workaround: It looks like disabling IPV6, and changing your DNS to 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 resolves the issue.

 

If you are unable to login to the Business App after trying the workaround, please open a support ticket.
