Splashtop is currently investigating an issue with Starlink users being unable to login to the Business App.
Symptoms:
- Unable to resolve hostname error when attempting login
- Unable to reach Splashtop Servers error when attempting login
- Unable to login to the Business app
Workaround: It looks like disabling IPV6, and changing your DNS to 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 resolves the issue.
