How to Upgrade Remote Access Subscription from Solo to Pro

Why upgrade to Remote Access Pro?

Splashtop Remote Access SOLO limits you to one individual user per account and give you remote access to up to 2 computers. Want more? You can upgrade to Pro!

Consider upgrading if you have the following needs:

  • Need to set up more than 2 computers
  • Need to allow another user to access your computers
  • Need to conduct 2 concurrent remote sessions to the same computer
  • Need to have multiple concurrent users remotely accessing computers at the same time

Here is the feature comparison chart between Solo and Pro

How to perform the upgrade?

  1. Login to my.splashtop.com/my.splashtop.eu with your Splashtop Account.
  2. Click the Blue Circle in the top right corner -> Then select Subscriptions.

  3. You will be brought to the Subscriptions page, click on Modify.

  4. From here, you can increase your license/user count. In this example, we are upgrading from Solo to 4 licenses of Remote Access Pro. This will allow my team to have 4 users and 40 remote computers!
  5. After selecting your license/user count, please move on to the Tier. This is where you can select our Pro (or other tiers). Once complete, click on Continue to the right to proceed with checkout.

Note: If you choose to upgrade your plan in the middle of your billing cycle, we’ll charge you a prorated fee to cover that upgrade.

Then, you may want to invite the new users to your team and configure the access permissions for them.

Here are the article on how to do so:

How to invite users to your team - Once you buy more users, you will have to invite those users' emails through the web console in order for them to join your team. They will then be sent an email invitation to create their own account under your team.

How to configure access permission - Once they join your team, please configure access permissions so that they can see the computers that you want them to be able to connect to.
