Region selection - Splashtop SOS app for mobile devices

If you are experiencing the message "The session code is incorrect. Please try again", make sure to choose the correct Region in the Splashtop SOS app on your mobile device. 

Note:
  • If your account is part of the EU stack, please make sure the user chooses EU as the region.
  • If your account is part of the Global stack, please choose Global as the region.
