How to Upgrade/Downgrade your Splashtop Service

Any upgrades you make to your subscription will be applied immediately, and your account will be charged the prorated cost up to the same date as the original purchase.

Any downgrades you make to your subscriptions will be reflected in your next billing cycle.

*Navigate to the Subscriptions Page*

Login at my.splashtop.com / my.splashtop.eu, click on the blue circle at the top right of the page and choose "Subscriptions".

Remote Access - Upgrade/Downgrade

1. After navigating to the subscriptions page, click "Modify" to change the number of user licenses or your plan tier.

2. Click on the "-" or "+" to change the number of user licenses. From here, you may also change your plan tier below.

The computer limit is also increased by 10 per new user

* The additional licenses added will be prorated to match the original subscription expiration date.

3. Click Continue to Billing Address, and click Set Address to change the billing address.

4. Click Continue to Payment and review the payment info and amount.

5. Click Change at the bottom of the page.

 

Business Access - Upgrade/Downgrade

1. After navigating to the subscriptions page, click "change plan" to change the plan tier.

2. Pick the plan you wish to upgrade/downgrade to (If you are downgrading, changes will be reflected on the next billing cycle.)

3. Click Continue to Billing Address, and click Set Address to change the billing address.

4. Click Continue to Payment and review the payment info and amount.

5. Click Change at the bottom of the page.

Business Access - Increase/decrease computer package license:

1. After navigating to the subscriptions page, click "change" to change the number of user licenses.

2. Click on the "-" or "+" to change the number of user licenses. ChangeQuantity_en-us.png

3. Click Continue to Billing Address, and click Set Address to change the billing address.

4. Click Continue to Payment and review the payment info and amount.

5. Click Change at the bottom of the page.

Remote Support - Increase/decrease computer package license:

1. After navigating to the subscriptions page, click "Modify" to change the plan tier or change the amount of user licenses.

2. Select the plan and payment cycle that suits your needs.
(Without a Remote Support plan, you can choose between Monthly and Annual.)

* The upgraded package is the difference of the packages and prorated up to the same date as the original purchase.

 

3. Click Continue to Billing Address, click Set Address to change the billing address.

4. Click Continue to Payment and review the payment info and amount.

5. Click Change at the bottom of the page.

 

Convert Business Access to Remote Support (or Vice-Versa):

Please contact our Customer Success team at customer-success@splashtop.com or call +1 (408) 758-5899 and we will be glad to help convert you over so you can purchase the Remote Support package online afterwards.  (or vice versa)

SOS - upgrade from SOS Legacy or Basic to SOS + Unattended:

1.  Login at my.splashtop.com / my.splashtop.eu, then click on your Account Menu and select "Subscriptions", then click "change plan".

2. Select the plan and license amount that suits your needs.

3. Click Continue to Billing Address, and click Set Address to change the billing address.

4. Click Continue to Payment and review the payment info and amount.

5. Click Change at the bottom of the page.

 

If you don't see the option available for upgrading to a SOS+unattended computers plan, you may be on an SOS-legacy plan, or have a conflicting active or expired Business Access or Remote Support feature. If this is the case, contact our Customer Success team at customer-success@splashtop.com or call +1 (408) 758-5899 and we will be glad to help convert your account so that you can complete your upgrade.
