To access your account information, log into https://my.splashtop.com/account_info/ or https://my.splashtop.eu/account_info/.

You can manage:

Account Summary – All your account information, including Two-Step Verification set up.

Team settings – Manage your team name, features, and email notifications. Also set team policies for two-step verification, device authentication, and browser authentication.

SubscriptionsView and manage the products and packages you’re subscribed to, change auto-renew preferences, buy a new product, etc...

PaymentUpdate your payment method and Billing Address, and view payment history and past invoice receipts.

Online Billing

Accepted CurrenciesOn Global Stack (my.splashtop.com), we accept US Dollar (USD), Canadian Dollar (CAD), Brazilian Real (BRL), Mexican Peso (MXN), British Pound (GBP), Australian Dollar (AUD), Japanese Yen (JPY), New Taiwan Dollar (TWD), Chinese Yuan Renminbi (CNY).
On EU Stack (my.splashtop.eu), we accept Euro (EUR) and Swiss Franc (CHF).

Accepted Payment MethodsWe support payments online (my.splashtop.com /my.splashtop.eu) through your account via credit card and PayPal.
Additionally, on my.splashtop.com, we accept U.S. bank ACH transfers. On my.splashtop.eu, we accept a Pay By Invoice (500 Euros minimum requirement) and Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA).

Automatic Subscription Renewals – Splashtop’s subscriptions are set to automatically renew annually. This will help to avoid any interruptions to your account and service. You can disable auto-renewal on your account settings under Subscriptions. For manual orders, our account management team will follow up with you upon renewal.

Refund Policy – All sales are final. Splashtop does not issue refunds. Terms of Sale.

Legacy Billing – Our goal is to offer the best value remote access solutions without the yearly price increases that you’ll find with other remote access solutions. At times, we have introduced new plans with more advanced or additional features. We've always given existing subscribers the choice to upgrade to the new plan or remain with their existing package, price, and features along with continued bug fixes and usability enhancements.

Leaving a Legacy Plan – Switching a plan is final; it is not possible to return to a legacy plan after upgrading or canceling your billing plan. It is important to keep auto-renew on and your billing information updated in order to keep your legacy license in good standing.

Legacy Plans – There are different legacy plans depending on which product you are subscribed to. Upgrade Legacy Plan? – There are always benefits to upgrading your legacy plan. At Splashtop, you will have a choice to keep your current subscription without the worry of yearly price increases.
