Remote Command

The Remote Command tool in Splashtop allows IT admins and technicians to execute command-line operations on remote computers without starting a full remote session. This enables administrators to run scripts, retrieve system information, manage files, and troubleshoot remotely via command-line interface (CLI) or PowerShell commands.

This feature is especially useful for silent troubleshooting and maintenance on individual computers, on-demand.

Endpoint Configuration

The Endpoint Configuration feature enables IT administrators to centrally enforce and monitor device security and network settings across managed endpoints. Through Endpoint Policies and the Computer Properties page, admins can deploy configurations such as password policies, firewall settings, Wi-Fi profiles, proxy settings, screen lock requirements, and disk encryption for both Windows and macOS devices. The feature also provides real-time visibility into each endpoint’s compliance and configuration status, helping teams standardize security settings and streamline endpoint management.

Check out this article for more details and instructions.

Software Patch

Software Patch is a tool to create policies for third-party app patches. You can apply these policies to install or update third-party applications on selected endpoints. You can also specify whether or not Splashtop manages third-party application scans, updates or requires reboots based on a schedule.

Check out this article for more details and instructions.

Vulnerability Page

The Vulnerability Page provides centralized visibility into known security vulnerabilities detected across managed endpoints. IT teams can review CVE details, CVSS severity scores, known exploit status (KEV), EPSS exploit likelihood, AI-evaluated risk levels, and affected devices to prioritize remediation efforts. Built-in filtering, search, and direct navigation to OS patching workflows help administrators quickly identify high-risk vulnerabilities and take action to reduce exposure across the environment.
